- Recent utility bill or proof of address
- Proof of payment method (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad account)
If a Member fails to provide the required information within the specified time, winbit reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold.
Login and Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your winbit account login details confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with third parties. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Welcome Bonus
winbit offers an attractive welcome bonus for new Members. Details of the bonus are given below:
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and the bonus is ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example: deposit ৳22,000 or more and the bonus is a maximum of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
VIP Cashback Program
The winbit VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Members can move up to a higher tier based on active play and loyalty to the platform. winbit reserves the right to review and change the VIP program terms from time to time.
General Promotion Rules
- Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which will be published alongside that promotion.
- winbit reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- If any fraudulent method is used to take advantage of a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the winbit platform cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Please verify all information carefully before placing a bet. winbit reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
